The ZINNIN GREEN III SnCu3 from EMIL OTTO is a Solder Paste that has the metal alloy Sn97Cu3 as its primary component. It consists of 75-80% metal content and 20-25% flux content with particle sizes of less than 80 microns. This solder paste is completely Lead-free and Zinc-free (WEEE/RoHS compliant). It has a melting point of 230-250 °C and its flux residues are visible under UV light for detection and easy removal. This solder paste is available in a 300 g tin package and is ideal for soft soldering and tinning of steel, stainless steel, brass, and copper alloys.
