DH-X8

The DH-X8 from Shenzhen Dinghua Innovation Automation is an X-ray Inspection System with an inspection area of 540 x 540 mm. It has a focal spot of size 3 µm that helps it magnify component and PCB images to over 2000x of their original sizes on the screen and see assembly defects clearly. Simultaneously, it has a camera with a very high-resolution of 1536 x 1536 pixels that generates high-quality images for inspection. The device uses a 14-bit (16348) panel detector for detecting an array of PCB Defects including cold solder joints, solder dewetting, or dendrite growth amongst others. 

The DH-X8 is equipped with an array of impressive features and has a remarkable capacity to detect defects as small as 5 microns, which ensures high precision in inspecting various products. The system boasts easy maintenance and long service life, contributing to its reliability and cost-effectiveness. Its user-friendly interface simplifies operation, minimizing the need for extensive operator training. The equipment also offers a semi-automatic pass/fail product inspection, streamlining the inspection process. Thanks to its exceptional repeatability, the system consistently delivers accurate and reliable results. Additionally, the DH-X8 enables a maximum viewing angle of 60° which allows for a thorough sample examination. 

This X-ray inspection system has an overall dimensions of 1350 x 1100 x 2000 mm, requires an Anode Voltage of 130 kV and works on a minimal and highly efficient power supply of AC 110/220V 50/60 Hz 1200 W.
