X9800

The X9800 from Wellman X-Ray Solution Co., Ltd is an X-ray inspection System that uses a Hamamatsu closed-type microfocus X-ray tube with a focal spot of 5 μm. It has an IRay 5-inch HD digital flat panel detector (FPD) of 1536x1536 resolution and delivers a frame rate of 20 fps. The FPD has a pixel size of 85 μm and an effective area of 130 x 130 mm. This X-ray inspection system delivers an inspection speed of up to 3.0s/point and a magnification of up to 1500x (system) & 200x (geometry). It has a 1200 x 600 mm table with a load capacity of 10 kg and a speed-adjustable 6-axis linkage system that enables the upper detector and the lower X-ray tube to move synchronously. 

The X9800 has an industrial PC with an I5 CPU, 4G of RAM, a 240 GB SSD, and a 24-inch HDMI LCD. It requires an AC supply of 110-220 V and consumes less than 1700 W of power. This X-ray inspection system has a footprint of 2000 x 1350 x 1860 mm. It is ideal for non-destructive analysis and quality checking of semiconductors, SMT & electric components including BGA, CSP, flip chip, LED, fuse, diode, sensors, PCB voids, batteries, small metal casting, electronics cables & connectors, 3D printing modules, medical devices etc.
