OB-M06

The OB-M06 from Oubel Group is a Pick-and-Place Machine that can accommodate PCB sizes of 1200 x 350 mm. It supports SMD components measuring 0603 and above – 3104, 2835, 3528, 5730, 5050 LED components and other high-power LED components on the PCB with a mounting range of 1200 x 480 x 15 mm and a mounting accuracy of ±0.05 mm. This machine adopts Panasonic servo motor drive with an imported liner railway to ensure that it is stable and accurate. It consists of four mounting heads that work simultaneously at a much faster rate and includes easy perational program, offering automatic vision to make positioning more accurate and convenient. 

This pick-and-place machine adopts a software-integrated data platform to store different types of PCB for convenience and requires simple programming only once. It can also manually move the platform position (X axis, Y axis) and supports adjustable speed using the software interface. This OB-M06 also includes vacuum detection system that can accurately check the suction of components to prevent material leakage and ensure efficient placement on the boards. It has an internal negative pressure system with optional 8 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, and 24 mm automatic feeders with different nozzles for flexibility. This machine also has a newly added camera for automatic recognition of fiducial marks on the PCB. It requires an AC supply of 220 V and consumes 0.9 kW of power. This pick-and-place machine measures 2000 x 1050 x 1300 mm.
