ii-N2

The ii-N2 from Europlacer is a Pick and Place Machine for PCB dimensions up to 700 x 600 mm. It is equipped with 2 tornado heads with a feeder capacity of 264 positions x 8 mm and includes 3x internal matrix trays. This machine can accommodate the smallest components of 03015 and the largest components measuring 50 x 50 mm in size. It caters to high-mix, low-volume production needs, offering a wide component range and feeder capacity. This machine can place components with a rate ranging from 10001 to 50000 cph, with an accuracy between 22 µm to 46 µm. It has an intelligent conveyor which increases productivity without mechanical steps, whilst automatically optimizing board stop position for maximum productivity.  

The ii-N2 is fitted with linear motors and digital cameras. In addition, it utilizes Europlacer’s unique and proven core features such as Integrated Intelligence, intelligent feeders, smart nozzles, and 3DPS. 3DPS provides guaranteed closed-loop control of pick and placement forces for all components.
