YRM10

The YRM10 from Yamaha Motor is a Pick-and-Place Machine that can accommodate PCB sizes from 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 460 mm. It supports components measuring from 0201 mm to 100 x 55 mm (height of less than 15 mm) and has a mounting capability of 52,000 CPH with an accuracy of ±0.035 mm. This machine has a 1-beam, 1-head design and the scan camera on the head identifies components and improves productivity by minimizing the head movement. It has a side-view camera that detects standing pickup of chip components and includes side lighting to prevent the mounting of defective BGAs. This system is also equipped with a coplanarity checker to detect warped lead of tray components. 

The YRM10 features automatic nozzle-cleaning to maintain continuous operation. It has slim and light feeders for ease of setup and efficient supply and includes multi-shelf tray component feeder sATS15R for efficient supply of tray components. This machine performs automatic analysis of pickup errors and instructs improvements to the operator. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1254 x 1440 x 1445 mm and requires a 3-phase AC supply. This system can be integrated with Yamaha's inspection and printing systems, enabling seamless automatic switching of production types for multi-production.
