The IT-170GRA1TC from ITEQ Corporation is a PCB Laminate that is designed for industrial PC and 3S(server/storage/switch) applications with aggressive costs. It has a high Tg (180° C by DSC), Td (380° C by TGA), and is a halogen-free epoxy. This laminate has a permittivity (Dk) of 3.8 and a loss tangent (Df) of 0.009 at 10 GHz frequency. It provides high thermal and CAF resistance reliability and is compatible with High Tg standard FR-4 processes. . This prepreg laminate has a volume resistivity of 1x1010 M?-cm, surface resistivity of 1x1010 M?, and maximum moisture absorption of 0.10 %.
