The FLS980 Series from Acculogic are Flying Probe Testers that have up to 24 Probe Modules on the top and bottom side to ensure maximum test coverage and minimal test time. They can perform repeatable probing of fine pitch devices and small components down to 01005 and have a high-speed analog measurement system that provides 4-wire measurements capability on all 24 flying probes. The probe modules use a patented design to probe target boards Omni-directionally on the horizontal, and -6 to +6 degrees on the vertical planes. 

These probe testers have an automated, simple and intuitive test program generation. They use CScan, a patented technique used to test open pins as well as the polarity of electrolytic capacitors and detect open pins on devices and connectors located on the top and/or bottom side of the board. These flying probe testers use digital test patterns and has a dual-sided vision system that provides optical inspection for defects such as presence, absence, orientation and part markings. They are ideal for performing in-circuit tests on drivers, sensors, or guards on discrete and integrated analog/digital components and analog component testing in resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, zeners, transistors, FETS, thyristors, optocouplers, switches, trimmers, relays, fuses, connectors etc.
