APT-1400F-A

The APT-1400F-A from Takaya Corp. is an In-Line Flying Probe Tester. It is a dual-sided testing equipment with 4 heads and can accommodate PCB sizes of up to 890 x 483 mm with thickness between 0.6 and 5 mm. This tester uses an automated conveyor that is supported by an AC power source of 200-240V single phase 50/60 Hz. The probe tester has 1/3" CCD mega-pixel color digital-type cameras that facilitate a measurement speed between 0.02 - 0.03 sec/step.  

The TAKAYA APT-1400F is specifically designed for testing complex circuit boards in high volumes, it boasts 6 flying probes, including 2 vertical probes for accessing previously unreachable contact points. With a focus on speed, reliability, and longevity, the APT-1400F features a redesigned XY table optimized for high probe travel speed and a new mechanical axis design. Its advanced measurement unit and innovative test algorithms enhance test coverage for circuit boards. The system weighs around 1400 kg with dimensions of 1400 x 1500 x 1400 mm.
