The Advanced Materials Show, The Advanced Ceramics Show, Battery Cells & Systems Expo, and Vehicle Electrification Expo are set to captivate attendees with the latest advancements in technology and innovation. These four shows will converge at the NEC Birmingham, UK, on the 28th and 29th of June, 2023, marking the return of the UK's premier exhibition venue.

Enthusiastic product manufacturers, engineers, and R&D leaders will have the opportunity to explore cutting-edge innovations showcased at this free-to-attend exhibition and conference. The event promises to showcase the newest breakthroughs in battery technology, electric vehicles, advanced materials, and technical ceramics through an array of exhibits and a dedicated four-track conference. Experts from various industries will engage in discussions about the opportunities, challenges, and ideas that shape these vital sectors.

One of the key highlights of the event is the collaboration and accomplishments of the Midlands Industrial Ceramics Group (MICG). Their members will assemble under the MICG pavilion at The Advanced Ceramics Show, expanding their exhibiting presence significantly. Moreover, MICG will launch the AMRICC Centre during the event, fostering collaboration and innovation among the group's members.

Prominent figures, including Andy Palmer from Inobatt, Nusrat Ghani MP from UK Gov, Emanuel Eweka from AMTE Power, Neil Glover from Rolls Royce, and Bhavika Ramrakhyani from Costai, are among the esteemed speakers at the 2023 exhibition and conference. Notable organizations participating in the event include Thermo Fisher Scientific, Goodfellowm Rigaku Europe, ABB Limited, Elysia – Battery Intelligence by WAE, Atlas Copco, and many others.

On Wednesday, 28th June, Vehicle Electrification Expo will feature exclusive on-stage interviews with two distinguished EV thought-leaders: Dr. Andy Palmer, former CEO of Aston Martin and instrumental in Nissan's launch of the Nissan Leaf, and Roger Atkins. These experts will share their insights into the current state of the UK EV sector.

At this year's Vehicle Electrification Expo, Atlas Copco will showcase a racing car, symbolizing its partnership with Red Bull Ford Powertrains. The collaboration aims to develop a new engine, slated for 2026, which is being meticulously crafted at the team's state-of-the-art facility in Milton Keynes.

Expressing his delight with the overwhelming support for the event, Steve Bryan, Managing Director at Event Partners, the organizers, said, "We are absolutely delighted with the support we have seen for this event from the advanced technology and innovation industries. The technical battery, EV, advanced materials, and ceramics industries in the UK are undergoing an unprecedented level of growth currently driven by both government and private investment. We are looking forward to getting major global organizations, start-ups, and thought leaders together for two days of networking, collaboration, and insight to help shape the next few years of these major industries."
