Rogers Corporation is offering Anteo laminates which have emerged as a cost-effective solution for achieving exceptional high-frequency performance in printed circuit board (PCB) designs. With dielectric constants (Dk) aligned with FR-4 industry standards, these laminates seamlessly transition from existing FR-4 designs while offering superior electrical characteristics.

Engineered as a glass-reinforced hydrocarbon ceramic system, Anteo laminates exhibit low-loss properties, making them ideal for high-frequency applications. They can be processed using standard epoxy/glass (FR-4) procedures, simplifying PCBs' manufacturing and assembly process. Furthermore, Anteo laminates maintain the UL 94 V-0 flame retardant rating, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and are compatible with lead-free soldering processes.

One of the notable advantages of Anteo laminates is their tailored dielectric constant of 4.38, which closely aligns with FR-4 industry standards. This feature enables the easy conversion of existing FR-4 designs that require improved electrical performance. Additionally, Anteo laminates offer tighter Dk and thickness tolerances compared to FR-4, ensuring consistent circuit performance.
