Micross Components Acquires UK-based Technograph Microcircuits to Expand its High-Reliability Portfolio

Micross Components, a global provider of high-reliability microelectronic components and services, has announced its acquisition of TechnoGraph Microcircuits, a UK-based electronics manufacturer. The acquisition aims to enhance Micross' range of high-reliability MCM, ASIC, and PCB products and services, as well as strengthen its "One Source, One Solution" business model.

TechnoGraph has established itself as a leading supplier of advanced electronic solutions to customers in the space, aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, telecommunications, and energy end markets. The company offers a portfolio of hybrid integrated circuits, RF & microwave products, optoelectronics, and PCB assembly designed and tested to MIL-STD-883 standards. Its complete solutions include substrate, printing, chip and wire assembly, hermetic packaging, packaging test and reliability screening, obsolescence management, and reverse engineering.

The acquisition will enable Micross to expand its proprietary portfolio of high-reliability products and services, enhancing overall product performance and reducing supply chain risk for customers. Micross will leverage its design, packaging, and test services to provide customers with greater value from its "one source, one solution" business model.
