Q. How do you differentiate your PCB Services from other PCB companies?

Jay: OnBoard Circuits differentiates itself in several key ways from other PCB companies:

Customer-Centric Service: One of our standout features is our priority to the customer. We take the utmost pride in our customer service and technical expertise, which allows us to work closely with clients to meet specific project needs. Our ability to handle a diverse range of projects—from quick prototypes to high-volume production—sets us apart by offering flexibility and responsive service across all stages of PCB manufacturing.

Seamless Transition from Prototype to Production: We are proud of our ability to manage both small prototype orders and large-scale production runs without additional tooling charges. This allows customers to scale efficiently from prototypes to full production without incurring extra costs or dealing with multiple vendors, offering a seamless experience.

Wide Range of Capabilities: OnBoard Circuits boast an extensive range of capabilities, from handling complex, multilayer boards (up to 80 layers) to specialized materials such as Rogers and Teflon. We also offer flexible options with rigid-flex boards, ensuring they can meet various industry-specific requirements.

These differentiators help OnBoard Circuits stand out in a competitive industry by combining customer support, technical capability, and efficiency.
