Xspection 3000

The Xspection 3000 from Scienscope is an X-ray Inspection System that can accommodate PCBs of sizes up to 650 x 500 mm. It is available in 2 variants - Standard and Premium. This machine delivers an X-ray power of up to 100 kV 5μm (Standard) & 130 kV 5μm (Premium) and has a 14-bit X-ray flat panel detector of size 5 x 5 inches (Standard) & 5 x 6 inches (Premium). It has 2x 20 MP optical inspection color cameras with a pixel size of 85 μm (Standard) & 49 μm (Premium) for improved mapping accuracy and barcode reading capabilities. 

The Xspection 3000 uses AI technology that incorporates an advanced self-learning algorithm to distinguish between bad and good images. It can adapt to received data and continually improve its ability to identify and categorize images. This machine has an enhanced TH barrel fill tool to identify and address voids that may occur during the through-filling process. It has a servo-driven XY rotating table that can operate over 360 degrees being lighter and faster. This equipment has a footprint of 1510 x 1510 x 1870 mm and requires an AC supply of 110-240 V. It is ideal for circuit board defect detection and quality insurance applications for multilayer PCBs, voids, semiconductors, barrel fill (TH) and Li batteries.
