Note: Your request will be directed to Manncorp

The MX1 from MannCorp is an X-Ray Inspection System that is designed for real-time imaging of multilayer PCBs and dense metal BGAs, μBGAs, and chip scale packages. It features continuous optical zoom magnification from 4x to 100x geometric and 225x optical magnification along with a 15x geometric magnification when using variable angle viewing. This system has a total inspection area of 356 x 356 mm and a contrast resolution that can resolve up to .001 gold wire, and a spatial resolution of 20 line-pairs/mm (standard). The camera has a focal spot size of 10 µm, and the distance between the imaging plane and focal spot of the camera is 4-6" (101.6 mm - 152.4 mm).

The MX1 is equipped with an 80 kV high-voltage, computer-controlled x-ray tube that helps in effective detection of defects such as bridging, voids, and missing balls. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1270 x 1524 x 838.2 mm and operates on an AC supply.
