The SE-250T from Oubel Group is a Wave Soldering Equipment that operates at a soldering temperature of 350 °C. It has 2 heating zones with a heating length of 800 mm and a pre-heating zone with titanium finger transport. This equipment has a conveyor that operates in L-R/R-L directions with a speed of up to 2 m/min and a height of up to 760±10 mm. It can handle 180 kg of Lead-free or Lead Tin solder paste and has a solder flux of 10-100 ml/min. This equipment has an SMC cylinder for the moving sprayer and a PID SSR temperature controller. It requires an AC supply of 380 V and consumes 11 kW (heating) & 4 kW (operation) of power. This equipment has a footprint of 2600 x 1200 x 1600 mm and can be controlled via a touchscreen PLC interface.
