PicoShot® NC-6M

The PicoShot® NC-6M from Indium Corporation is a Jetting Solder Paste that has a configuration made of a SAC305 alloy, 83% metal load, and T6SGS powder. It is chemically compatible with Indium 12.8HF solder paste and is optimized for small dot jetting and long-term jetting. This solder paste has a unique oxidation barrier that promotes complete powder coalescence during reflow to eliminate graping and similar reflow issues. It is capable of an individual dot diameter range of 230–280 μm and an individual dot volume range of 1.6–2.6 nL. This solder paste was developed in association with Mycronic for their MY-Series jet printers and complies with SIR and ECM to exceed IPC standards for electrical reliability. It is available airlessly packaged in 30cc syringes.
