The PicoShot® NC-5M from Indium Corporation is a Solder Paste specifically formulated to be compatible with Mycronic jetting systems. It is a no-clean, halogen-free material that is chemically-compatible with Indium8.9HF Solder Paste and is optimized for long-term jetting. This solder paste provides exceptional jetting performance, and its unique oxidation barrier promotes complete powder coalescence during reflow to eliminate graping and similar reflow issues. It has a clear residue with minimal flow-out and reduces head-in-pillow (HIP) defects. The solder paste meets IPC J-STD-004B with amendment 1 ROL0 requirements.
