The Indium10.8HF from Indium Corporation is a Lead-FreeSolder Paste. It is formulated to accommodate the higher processingtemperatures required by the SnAgCu, SnAg, and otheralloy to replaceconventional Pb-bearing solders. This air reflow, no-clean solder paste offers excellent stencil print transfer efficiency to work in thebroadest range of processes. The Indium10.8HF isavailable in 500g jars or 600g cartridges and packaging for enclosed print head systems is also available.
