YRP10

The YRP10 from Yamaha Motor is an Automatic Solder Paste Printer with a designated vision system. It can accommodate maximum boards sizes of 510 x 510 mm (single lane) while the optimum frame sizes are between 750 x 750 mm, 750 x 650 mm, and 550 x 650 mm. This printer features 3 heads which print with an accuracy and repeated accuracy of 16 μm and 8 μm. The total cycle time for a printing operation is around 6 seconds and requires 4 bars of air pressure.  

The YRP10 printer can achieve complete automatic setups and changeovers, catering to both single lane and dual-lane production needs. This printer boasts fully automated setups and changeovers, along with dual lane fully independent production capabilities. It features a high-quality, durable single head that simplifies handling, reducing man-hours significantly. Moreover, it offers automatic setup functions and dual-lane production, with a spacious W330 mm large PCB dual lane transfer. It is available in an enclosure that measures 3560 x 2300 x 1525 mm and requires an AC supply from 200 to 230 V.
