The ii-P7 from Europlacer is an Automatic Solder Paste Printer with comprehensive process traceability. This printer can operate on a maximum printed circuit board size of 610 x 515 mm, weighing up to 1 Kg. This printer has a designated vision system that helps finish a cycle time in around 9 seconds standard, or 7 seconds and 5 seconds available when upgraded. It features 1-micron linear encoders on each axis, ensuring precision for prints. This printer operates with advanced ii-PS software that integrates into various production settings, whether high mix or high volume. Additionally, it facilitates supplementary solder paste and adhesive dispensing through ADu+ and supports barcode labeling via S-Track, ensuring process traceability from production's inception. 

The ii-P7 delivers rapid cycle times facilitated by Velocity or Velocity+ modes, and a single-pass under-screen cleaner for expedited cleaning. It includes a 22-inch touchscreen monitor and utilizes Microsoft Windows 10 OS. The frame size onto which the paste can be deposited ranges from 584 x 584 mm to 736.6 x 736.6 mm, and the total printed area is 610 x 515 mm. It dispenses solder at 6 bars of air pressure, at a speed between 5-250mm/sec. This printer is available in an enclosure that measures 1226 x 1731 x 1285 mm and requires an AC supply between 110 to 240 V.
