YCP10

The YCP10 from Yamaha Motor is an Automatic Solder Paste Printer that uses a 3S (Swing Single Squeegee) printing head. It can accommodate PCB sizes ranging from 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 460 mm and has a cycle time of 8 s. This printer has a printing accuracy of ±10 μm and is compatible with stencil frame sizes of 750 x 750 mm, 736 x 736 mm and 750 x 650 mm. 

The YCP10 has a program to change the squeegee attack angle (1-degree units between 45 to 65°) and speed to an ideal setting to provide optimal printing conditions that match the solder being used. It also has a stencil vacuum mechanism that delivers consistent high accuracy printing with no effects from stencil droop and also drastically cuts the setup time since no offset entry is needed during back-and-forth printing movement. This solder paste printer has a Filling Adjust function that corrects solder fill amount for the PCBs which have just finished cleanings and hence cuts down on solder print irregularities. 

The YCP10 is available in an enclosure that measures 1,130 x 1,760 x 1,370 mm and requires an AC power supply of 200 to 230V.
