NM-EJP2B

The NM-EJP2B from Panasonic Corporation is a Solder Paste Screen Printer that supports PCBs of sizes from 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 510 mm. It has a PCB exchange time of 12 s that includes activities such as transport, positioning, recognition, printing, and every cleaning operation. This printer has been designed to optimize overall equipment effectiveness and enhance overall line performance. It has a printing cycle of 12 seconds with a positioning accuracy of ±3.8 µm and printing accuracy of ±15 µm. This screen printer automatically retrieves on-mask soldering after printing and transfers the solder to the mask for the next model. It can also monitor solder paste in real-time via the APC-5M function to optimize the timing of maintenance and environmental conditions. 

This printer can immediately respond to customer supply and demand changes through continuous, autonomous updates. It allows users to change each printing parameter condition such as printing pressure, squeegee speed and snap-off rate based on the result data from SPI interface, which helps maintain optimal printing conditions. This NM-EJP2B is available in an enclosure that measures 1580 x 1800 x 1500 mm and requires an AC supply of 200/220/230/240 V.
