The EP710 from Europlacer is a Solder Paste Printer having a Vision System, powered by a Dual Roving camera (DRc) for alignment of the card and stencil while verifying the presence of solder paste bead on the stencil. It utilizes SmartCal, a self-calibration technology, for repeatability in the long term in less than 30 seconds. This solder paste printer has an on-board dispenser, featuring Auto Dispense (ADu+), enables product dispensing with standard nozzle tips and Luer lock systems. Moreover, the S-Track labelling function improves early traceability. It supports PCB dimension of up to 610 x 515 mm and has an adjustable printing speed from 5 to 250 mm/sec and completes on printing cycle in 11.5 seconds. The equipment works on a single-phase power supply of 110 V to 240 V AC and weighs around 650 Kg.
