The AP435 from Autotronik SMT-GmbH is a Fully-automatic Inline Stencil Printer suitable for series production of medium to large quantities. It is equipped with an environmental monitoring system that regulates temperature and humidity to prevent solder paste oxidation. This printer has a real-time monitoring and alarm systems ensure consistent squeegee printing pressure. The printer features a positioning camera system for recognizing PCB and stencil marks, along with an underside stencil cleaning system offering various cleaning options. Additionally, it includes an automatic solder paste replenishment system and an iron casting base for stability. 

The AP435 can operate on a frame size ranging from 470 x 370 mm to 736 x 736 mm, while it can accommodate PCBs up to 400 x 340 mm in size. The printer can dispense solder at rate of 6 to 200 mm/sec, with an accuracy of 0.025 mm, and a repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm. The AP435 features a vision system that helps in accurate dispensing of substrate between 0.4 to 6 mm thickness. The dispenser moves at a speed of 1500 mm/sec, hence completing a cycle in just 7 seconds.
