NeoDen S1

The NeoDen S1 from NeoDen Tech is a Solder Paste Inspection Equipment that can detect faults in PCBs of sizes from 50 x 50 mm to 500 x 460 mm. It can produce images with a resolution of 20 µm and a height resolution of 1 µm and has a field-of-view (FOV) of 48 x 40 mm. This system utilizes industry control PC as a host that is interfaced with Intel 6 Core CPU integrating 16GDDR 1 TB RAM. It has an identification system that features 3D raster camera (double as optional), PC interfaces, and MARK points. The interfaces are used for graphic programming on Windows 7 OS, easy to operate, and displays settings in multiple languages in a 22-inch LCB widescreen display. It supports both 2D and 3D inspection of solder joint parameters such as volume, area, height, and offset and the analyzed data can be exported to a remote PC for analysis in excel or as an image. (jpg, bmp). This inspection machine is available in an enclosure that measures 1090 x 1290 x 1534 mm.
