NASE Station

The NASE Station by JBC Soldering SL features a 2-tool Nano Rework system. It has features like JBC intelligent heat management, sleep and hibernation modes for extended tip life, and a complete tip cleaning system with an integrated wiper and brush. This station also includes a cartridge holder and JBC-exclusive cartridge exchanger for enhanced efficiency, along with connectivity options for data download, remote control, and software updates. Equipped with the NT115 nano handle and AN115 adjustable nano tweezers compatible with the C115 Cartridge Range, it offers precision soldering and reworking of the smallest SMD components. 

The NASE Station requires a 14 W power per tool where the selectable temperature is between 90 - 450 °C. The rework station meets ESD safety standards and equipotential bonding is maintained via connection to EPA. The Nase Station tip-to-ground resistance is less than 2 ohms and the tip-to-ground voltage is less than 2 mV (RMS). It is available in an enclosure that measures 140 x 170 x 125 mm with pedal connectors, 1 for each tool.
