NANE Station

The NANE Station from JBC Soldering is a 2-tool Soldering Station designed for applications requiring control under a microscope. It offers 14 W of peak power per tool and operates between 90 to 450°C (±3% accuracy). This station complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 standards, featuring equipotential bonding for EPA connection, ensuring tip-to-ground resistance of < 2 ohms and tip-to-ground voltage of < 2 mV RMS. It utilizes the JBC soldering system, enhancing soldering quality with features like JBC intelligent heat management and sleep and hibernation modes. This station includes a complete tip cleaning system with an integrated wiper and brush, alongside a cartridge holder and JBC exclusive cartridge exchanger. 

The NANE Station includes connectors for remote control or FAE Fume Extractor connection, along with pedal connectors for each tool. It connects to a JBC Fume Extractor via an RJ12 connector and supports connectivity for data download, remote control for traceability, and software updates. This soldering station supports firmware updates via USB-A, manages graphics and profiles, and enables PC communications through USB-B. The control unit measures 140 x 170 x 125 mm, weighing 2.45 kg, while the packaged dimensions are 280 x 280 x 164 mm, with a weight of 2.94 kg.
