The TRA I-f82 from Europlacer is a Reflow Soldering Equipment with a heating zone length of 2590 mm. It has 8 heating zones (top and bottom) of length 310 mm each along with 2 cooling zones. It can accommodate PCB sizes ranging from 50 to 460 mm and has an adjustable conveyor, chain oiler, and start-stop function.
The TRA I-f82 maintains the profile setting within the optimum range by measuring the temperature in the oven in real time. It maximizes the flux discharge capacity with a dedicated fan for flux removal inside the oven. This equipment can also monitor chain oil to protect against damage, alarms, and messaging functions. It consumes 10-11 KW of power and has a length of 4080 mm.
