The Pyramax Series from BTU International are Solder Reflow Ovens that are optimized for lead-free processing, boosting productivity and efficiency. They provide unparalleled combination of thermal performance, versatility, and value. These ovens implement BTU’s patented Flux Management System that traps flux residue from the process chamber, preventing it from settling within the oven which leads to increased uptime and lower cost-of-ownership. The ovens utilize BTU’s exclusive closed loop convection control that provide precise heating and cooling control, constant heat transfer, maximum process control and reduced nitrogen consumption.

The Pyramax Series have 6, 8, 10 and 12 zone air or nitrogen models with 350°C maximum temperature. They use the Energy Pilot software which enables energy savings by using product tracking technology to modify oven performance during gaps in production. These ovens are suitable for use in SMT reflow, curing and semiconductor packaging.
