The BM-W630 E4 from Allpoint Electronics is a Reflow Soldering Equipment that offers outstanding performance for a wide range of electronic manufacturing applications. The control system of this machine is designed for user convenience and precision. The conveyor direction is left to right, and the conveyor height is set at 900 (±20) mm, ensuring smooth and efficient PCB transfer. It allows the conveyor speed can be adjusted from 0 to 900 mm/min providing flexibility to match the production requirements. This soldering machine features a durable chain and mesh combination for reliable transportation, with a mesh belt width of 330 mm.
The BM-W630 E4 has four heating zones on both the upper and bottom sides, ensuring uniform and consistent heating for superior soldering results. With a heating zone length of 980 mm, it accommodates PCBs up to a maximum width of 300 mm. It employs fan cooling as its cooling method, effectively dissipating heat and ensuring efficient temperature reduction. The equipment utilizes fully forced air convection for optimal heat distribution, resulting in precise and consistent soldering performance. It can be controlled using a touch screen + PLC.
With a general power rating of 23 kW and a power consumption ranging from 3 to 7 kW, the BM-W630 E4 provides efficient energy utilization while delivering powerful soldering capabilities. It maintains a temperature accuracy within ±1°C and offers exceptional control and reliability. The equipment operates within a temperature range of up to 350°C and temperature control precision is achieved through a PID controller combined with SSR (Solid-State Relay) technology. The BM-W630 E4 has a compact and sturdy design with an overall dimension of 1920 x 750 x 1250 mm (L x W x H).
