NeoDen10 SMT

The NeoDen10 SMT from Neoden is an Automated Pick-and-Place Machine. It is equipped with a double mark camera and a double-side high-precision flying camera to ensure high speed and accuracy using a calculation algorithm without virtual parameters. The flying cameras are attached both front and rear, with two 4th-gen flying camera recognition systems necessary for flying shots and high-accuracy recognition. The NeoDen10 corrects error parameters automatically and monitors accuracy via a real-time magnetic linear encoder system.  

The NeoDen10 pick-and-place machine has 8 independent heads and a fully closed-loop control system. It supports all 8 mm feeder pick-ups simultaneously at a speed of up to 13,000 CPH and has a placement accuracy of 0.01mm. This equipment can accommodate Printed Circuit Boards of size 500 x 300 mm and includes a 66-reel tape pneumatic feeder. This machine is available in an enclosure that measures 1300 x 1100 x 1375 mm and requires an AC supply of 110/220 V.
