CHM-550

The CHM-550 from Hunan Charm Electromechanical Equipment is a Pick and Place Machine. It has 4 heads capable of 360° rotations that use vision detection to handle various components of varied sizes and can handle PCB sizes up to 400 x 350 mm. This machine has 50 feeder stacks that are designed for efficient and precise component placement on printed circuit boards. It has a placement rate of 6000 cph with a placement accuracy of ±50μm and ensures precise component placement of components as small as 0201, 0402, 0603. This equipment which makes the whole PCB assembly process extremely quick and efficient.

The CHM-550 has automatic nozzle change required for different components and supports the action of a 13-position nozzle bank to replace manual nozzle change. It has an X-Y axis motor drive, screw, and linear guide rail movement mode compared with traditional desktop type. The tandem camera attached to the equipment improves the efficiency of mounting and can detect material shortage. The Operating software monitors production status, makes production plans, and understands production data in real time. It is available in an enclosure that measures 980 x 1050 x 880 mm.
