MAS 399 Pro

The MAS 399 Pro from Autotronik SMT-GmbH is a Pick and Place Machine with two heads. The machine operates automatically, and with a working vision system. It can accommodate Printed Circuit Boards of size 600 x 300mm, while the largest component size can be 5 x 5 mm. This machine has a placement rate between 1001 to 5000 cph. It features a high-strength steel frame and precision-grade marble structural parts, ensuring machine accuracy. With a Linear Motor Driver, it enables bulk feeding with automatic identification and Pick & Place capabilities, aided by advanced image recognition systems. Equipped with multiple sets of HD cameras, the MAS399 Pro provides high-definition recognition of die & chips. Additionally, its Laser height-measurement device accommodates different components' heights on the carrier. This machine has an overall dimensions of 1783 x 1384 x 1620 mm.
