EP-42

The EP-42 from Scientech Technologies is a PCB Prototyping Equipment that can replicate a given software designs on the PCB with high precision and accuracy. It has a spindle speed from 5000 to 42000 rpm, which ensures the shortest machining time with high accuracy and integrates a tool holder socket of size 1/8 inches. The drilling speed of this machine is 120 strokes/min and the machine can drill hole with a stepper mode (X, Y, Z) of size from 0.2 to 3.175 mm under semi-automatic mode. It supports a total working area of 320 x 230 x 50 mm and can travel over the PCB at a speed of 60 mm/s with a resolution of 0.5 µm. 

This EP-42 handles several stages during the prototyping process, from design verification, to structuring and board assemblies. It allows customers to create fully functioning boards quickly and easily by drilling, milling, engraving, routing, mil track, and trace methods. This prototyping machine can automatically change up to 12 tools during the production, thereby reducing set-up times and allowing for unattended production. It uses PCAM software that is compatible with all Windows OS versions and accepts standard RS274D/X format Gerber files exported from layout software tools such as P-CAD, Allegro, Protel, Altium Designer, and ORCAD. This machine requires an AC supply from 110 to 220 V.
