The CCD Premium from Bungard Elektronik is a PCB Prototyping Machine that replicates software designs on PCBs with high precision and accuracy. It has a spindle speed of about 100,000 rpm while the tool can travel over the working area at a speed from 7 to 10 m/minute. The equipment provides a total working area of 400 x 500 mm and has a resolution of 0.79 µm. It has a 1/8" socket tool holder and the machine can choose between 30 toolboxes that can be changed automatically. This machine uses a 32-bit chip technology that enables quick communication on Windows 8 or higher platforms. It includes a direct USB port for simplified installation and a high-precision aluminum table with minimal height tolerance.
The CCD Premium uses linear belt drive in both x- and y-directions to reduce maintenance costs. It incorporates tool length measurement, calibration with tool break control, a pressure foot, and a depth limiter system. This machine also has a dust extraction system with an autostart function and a roll rack with transparent double doors equipped with security switches. Additionally, it incorporates a Laser head for LDI, adjustable stepper motor torque via software, and two synchronized, parallel-working stepper motors for the X-axis, ensuring stiffness in operations.
This PCB prototyping machine is available in an enclosure that measures 800 x 950 x 600 mm and requires an AC supply of 90-250 V.
