IS400

The IS400 from Isola is a Lead-Free, Mid Tg Epoxy Laminate and Prepreg high-performance material suitable for electronic applications. This product has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 150°C, a decomposition temperature (Td) of 330°C, and a z-axis coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 50 ppm/°C to 250 ppm/°C. It also has a low thermal conductivity of 0.36 W/m&bullK and a low thermal stress. The material has a Dk (permittivity) of 4.00 @ 100 MHz and 3.90 @ 500 MHz, and a Df (loss tangent) of 0.020 @ 100 MHz and 0.022 @ 500 MHz.
