YS-LCV460

The YS-LCV460 from Hayawin Electronic Technology is a PCB Flipper and Inverter that can efficiently turn PCBs 180° on SMT production lines. It has a quick cycle time of less than 12 seconds and can accommodate PCBs measuring up to 5530 x 460 mm. This PCB flipper employs a dual-directional conveyor, allowing operation from Left to Right, and Right to Left with a conveyor height from 920 to 980 mm. Operations of the conveyor are controlled via a PLC programmable controller and touch screen. It is equipped with a safety door lock function for equipment shutdown protection. The transmission system employs ESD belt technology, and the flipping mechanism, driven by servo motors, maintains connectivity with upstream and downstream equipment via the guide rail. It is available in an enclosure that measures 600 x 920 x 1370 mm and requires an AC supply.
