UVCS V3.0

The UVCS V3.0 from by Dymax Corporation is a versatile PCB Conveyor System. Operating as a conveyor belt, it supports both right-to-left and left-to-right conveyor directions and has a width of 30 cm. This system is equipped with an automated sensing feature and offers adjustable speeds ranging from 0.4 to 7.8 m/min. Automated sensing detects part entry/exit, offering various operational modes and reversible conveying direction. It integrates seamlessly with Dymax’s BlueWave FX-1250 flood-curing system (sold separately), supporting up to four LED emitters for adjustable curing area sizes. This conveyor system features an intuitive 8-inch touchscreen interface for precise control over belt speed and emitter intensity, facilitating accurate process monitoring. 

With a 12-inch belt and stainless-steel components to minimize ESD, this system accommodates larger parts safely, ideal for applications in adhesives, coatings, inks, and UV-activated substrates. The UVCS V3.0 is available in an enclosure that measures 142 cm x 64 cm x 82 cm and requires an AC supply of 110/220V.
