APT-1600FD

The APT-1600FD In-Line Flying Probe Tester from Takaya Corp. is a Dual-Sided Testing Equipment with 6 heads. It uses an automated conveyor and has two high-density CCD color cameras that facilitate a measurement speed of 0.02 sec/step. The resistance present in the tester is between 5 to 50 mohms, with a capacitance of 0.5 pF to 200 mF and an inductance between 0.5 μH to 500 H is present. 

The APT-1600FD facilitates simultaneous contact inspection of points on both the top and bottom of a PCB, utilizing up to six probes in combination across both flying probes. This expands the inspection range significantly while reducing inspection times. With a wide array of functions, it sets the benchmark for speed and positioning accuracy globally. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1400 x 1500 x 1400 mm and requires an AC supply.
