APT-1400F

The APT-1400F from Takaya Corp. is a Flying Probe Tester that has four tilted contact probes. It has AC servo motors and a control system providing a positioning resolution of 1.25 μm (x/y-axis) and 5 μm (z-axis). This flying probe tester has a 1/3-inch CCD color digital video camera with a FOV of 10 x 8 mm for coordinates alignment, simple vision test, reading of barcode & 2D code, etc. It has a test area of 540 x 483 mm and can accommodate PCBs of up to 5 mm in thickness and components of up to 60 mm (topside) & 120 mm (bottom side). This flying probe tester has a 1920 x 1080 resolution LCD and requires an AC supply of 200-240 V consuming less than 2.8kW of power. It has a footprint of 1400 x 1500 x 1400 mm.
