The FA1815-20 from HIOKI E.E. Corp is an In-Line Flying Probe Tester. It is a dual-sided testing equipment and can accommodate PCB measuring up to 340 mm x 340 mm with a thickness from 1 mm to 12 mm. The tester uses 4 heads and has a maximum measurement speed of 100 points/sec. It introduces an approach to insulation resistance inspection that minimizes users&rsquo concern about board damage with high-voltage testing in high-resistance inspections. The FA1815-20 is available in an enclosure that measures 1355 mm x 1190 mm x 1265 mm and requires an AC supply.
