XDC-2001

The XDC-2001 from Eureka Dry Tech is a Dry Cabinet designed for the storage and restoration of moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs). This cry cabinet achieves humidity levels below ≤ 5% RH (Relative Humidity) making an optimal choice for drying applications in electronics. It has internal dimensions of 1100 x 1740 x 610 mm and a total capacity of 1314 litres. The dry cabinet provides 5 adjustable shelves that can store components in different sections depending on the requirements of the manufacturers. It operates with a range of adjustable humidity levels and ensures ultra-low humidity storage conforming to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033 standards. This cabinet id designed with dual hydrometer sensors and ESD-safe features.

The XDC-2001 uses Eureka Dry Tech's innovative fast super dryer technology with multi-porous molecular sieves and employs a two-stage process. In the "Adsorption Stage," the dehumidifier core unit naturally absorbs moisture into the sieves without power consumption, effectively desiccating even during power interruptions. The subsequent "Exhaust & Regeneration Stage" expels the absorbed moisture, automatically regenerating the core unit for further adsorption. Unlike traditional methods, Eureka's system eliminates the need for water tanks, desiccant replacements, or user maintenance. The Fast Super Dryer technology finds vital applications in preventing moisture-induced failures in various components, such as micro-cracking and blistering during high-temperature reflow processes. 

The XDC-2001 is available in a cabinet that measures 1200 x 1935 x 760 mm (L x W x H), requires an AC supply of 110V/230V and consumes 150 W of power.
