MT2000 AE

The MT2000 AE from Martintrier Technology is a Motorized Depaneling Equipment for PCB separation and packaging process. It can accommodate PCB dimensions up to 500 x 450 mm, where the PCB thickness should not exceed 3 mm. This machine has a motorized arm which separates printed circuits boards from the main board at a speed from 0 to 100 m/sec. It ensures automatic alignment compensation is through a CCD camera, while the cutting mode of the milling cutter enhances efficiency. This system includes a special kit for Aluminum PCB depaneling and features dual tables to minimize idle time. It allows for whole process monitoring to detect any operational errors. 

The MT2000 AE has an intelligent cutting mode where the cutter is divided into several segments. When one segment reaches the cutting distance limit, it switches to another segment to continue thus increasing the lifetime of the cutting bit. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1582 x 1531 x 1500 mm and requires an air pressure of 5 bars.
