The PrecisionCure UVC (ARC) from Specialty Coating Systems is a Curing Oven that uses full-spectrum tubular mercury arc lamps to produce consistent and efficient UV radiation. The mercury arc lamp power is adjustable between 120 to 300 W per inch and it has programmable curing profiles for single-sided (top) or double-sided (top and bottom) curing processes. This oven has a pin-type-edge handling conveyor system that supports left-to-right travel and has a conveyor speed of 0.3 to 20.4 cm/sec. It supports a substrate width of 6.5 to 50.8 cm and a substrate length of 10.2 cm. 

The PrecisionCure UVC (ARC) ) can function as a standalone unit or can be fully integrated with an SCS PrecisionCoat selective conformal coating and dispensing system and/or an SCS PrecisionAdvance conveyor to provide a comprehensive solution. It is built for continuous operation with top & bottom active fan cooling and an integrated exhaust. This curing oven requires an AC supply of 380 to 420 V and consumes 11.5 kW of power. It has a footprint of 225.2 x 95.6 x 125.6 cm.
