RIVO

The RIVO from PVA Global is a Convection Curing Oven with one heating zone with a temperature of up to 120°C. It is a vertical solution for substrates requiring extended curing times in a design that is footprint-friendly. This oven has a rotary carousel fed by a motorized lift that stacks substrates vertically and gives the end-user flexibility in specifying rack pitch and quantity. As each column is complete and rotates, a second lift offloads cured substrates to the next inline process. The oven uses PVA portal software for machine setup, manual operation, program selection, and automatic operation. It is available in an enclosure that measures 3418.2 x 2007.0 x 2663.8 mm and requires an AC supply for operation.
