UV-2

The UV-2 by Anda Automation is a Curing Oven utilizing Ultraviolet light to secure adhesives and other materials to the PCB surface. The curing zone has a length of 620 mm, and a maximum weight of 4 kg can be loaded per meter of the curing length. This oven can accommodate PCBs measuring from 50 mm to 460 mm. It includes a unidirectional conveyor that moves from left to right with a height of 900 ± 20 mm from the floor and a conveyor speed from 0.5 to 5 m/min. The standard features of this curing oven include an edge-carrying, variable-speed pin chain conveyor, rail expansion compensation, PLC controller and touchscreen interface. It is available in an enclosure that measures 1500 x 1137 x 1460 mm and requires an AC supply of 380 V (3-phase).
