OB-CO3000

The OB-CO3000 from Oubel Group is an Infrared Curing Oven that can accommodate PCBs of sizes ranging from 50 to 400 mm. The time required to heat the oven is approximately 20 minutes, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1.5°C. It has a duo-directional conveyor that moves from Left to Right and Right to Left. The conveyor has a height of 900 ± 20 mm and moves at a speed between 0.7 to 2 m/min. The OB-CO3000 has a net weight of 500 kg and has an overall dimension of 3000 x 960 x 1250 mm. 

The OB-CO3000 system features a temperature-controlled meter control for simplicity and accuracy. Each zone is controlled by PID temperature control for precise regulation. Its heating system employs an infrared plus micro-tube hot air circulation method, allowing individual temperature control for rapid heating up to 150°C. The conveyor system utilizes a closed-loop control transmission chain and high-strength guide rail design for accuracy. Adjustment of rail width is manual or via the control panel for ease of use. Additionally, the system prioritizes energy efficiency with low average power consumption.
