VCO-70

The VCO-70 from Anda Automation is a Vertical PCB Curing Oven that can operate at a temperature of up to 150 °C. It has 8 heating zones that use a Recirculating Hot Air (RHA) process and requires a cure time of over 192 s. This curing oven can accommodate PCB sizes from 100 x 100 mm to 500 x 500 mm and can store up to 70 pieces of PCB boards. It has a motorized conveyor that operates L-R & R-L (optional) directions and has a height of 900±20 mm. This oven can be controlled via a PLC with a touch screen and supports PID close loop control to maintain a uniform temperature. It requires an AC supply of 380 V and consumes 35 kW of power. This curing oven has a footprint of 2450 x 1800 x 2500 mm and has entrance/exit doors to prevent heat loss.
