SOLTEK-BF2

The SOLTEK-BF2 from Shenzhen Soltek is Multi-Function Vertical Buffer for PCB sizes ranging from 50 x 50 mm to 550 x 460 mm and a capacity of 20 pieces. It has a conveyor height of 910 mm to ensure optimal positioning for smooth transportation and the PCB direction is set from left to right to ensure a seamless workflow. With a quick cycle time of 15 seconds and an indexing pitch of 20 mm (or as specified), this vertical buffer provides efficient production throughput. It works on two main operation modes, Last in First Out (LIFO) and pass through operating modes. This vertical buffer also features a threshold system that allows for the storage of Printed Circuit Boards between assembly operations.

The SOLTEK-BF2 has the ability to adjust width precisely using the Leadscrew. It is user-friendly and comes with a “soft touch” LED membrane control panel and is SMEMA compatible. This vertical buffer is available in an enclosure with an overall dimension of 600 x 1020 x 1600 mm and operates with a specified power supply.
